Because each item is made specifically for you, all personalized and custom embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Please carefully review all personalization details, including names, monograms, initials, thread color, font selection, and sizing before placing your order. Alana Mads is not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect information entered by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to make it right.
