Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alana Mads! Every order is made with care, and many of our items are personalized just for you.

Processing Time

Personalized and embroidered items are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be completed before it ships. During holidays, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Ready-to-ship items will typically ship within 2–3 business days.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times are determined by the selected shipping carrier and are estimates only. Alana Mads is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Alana Mads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
